IP Counter hat zuwenig IPs

Hallo Zusammen,

ein Kunde von uns hat eine 250 User Lizenz für eine virtuelle ASG und WebSubscription. Der IP-Counter läuft jedoch falsch, dieser zeigt nämlich nur 7 aktive IPs an, der Webproxy hingegen "Total unique users: 191".

Die Astaro läuft seit 6 Tagen und 12 Stunden.

    (Sorry, can't get German-speaking brain in gear. [:)])

    Although the counter doesn't "see" all 191 users, the 250-IP license is the correct one for this situation.  The same is true for an Astaro in front of a mail server - the licensing is by the number of mail boxes protected.

    If Astaro became aware that the licensing agreement was not being honored, both the customer and the Astaro Reseller are likely to hear from an attorney for Astaro.
