Greylisting?!

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Frage zum SMTP-Proxy-Log, immer wieder tauchen dort Einträge von einer bestimmten EMail-Adresse auf mit dem Zusatz:

temporarily rejected after DATA: Temporary local problem, please try again!

Nun meine Frage, liegt hier wirklich ein Problem bei unserer Astaro vor? Diese EMail wären ziemlich wichtig da sie von einem unserer Kunden kommen.

Alles was ich jetzt dazu gefunden habe bezieht sich irgendwie auf das Greylisting und das man dies ausschalten sollte. Aber ist das nicht eine eigentlich wichtige Funktion um Spam zu erkennen??

Habe jetzt eine Exception nur für diese eine EMail-Adresse für Greylisting hinzugefügt, warte nun bis die nächste kommt...

Vielleicht hatte jemand schonmal die selbe Meldung und kann beschreiben was er gemacht hat.

    Entschuldigt dass ich auf Englisch schreibe, aber es ist zu früh für mich, auf Deutsch zu denken.  Mit Lesen und Verstehen habe ich keine Probleme.

    I assume you are running V7?

    Is it possible that this is just a normal message and the way Greylisting works?  Greylisting checks the combination of "orgininating IP," "sender" and "recipient" and if it hasn't seen that particular combination before, tells the sender's server, in effect, "I don't recognize you.  In order to prove to me that you are a reliable member of the community, please send this message again."

    That said, my personal recommendation today is to NOT use Greylisting or SPF.  Those choices cause the Astaro to work a little harder, but I don't think any more spam gets through.  My mind is not closed on this subject, so perhaps someone could convince me otherwise.
