HI,
we have our firewall configured as transparent emial proxy.
All works well, except the following:
We can receive all mails from a domain @example.com except for user1@example.com and user2@exacmple.com All other mails from @example.com are delivered to our internal mail server without problems.
I can confirm that the mails do not arrive at the internal mail server but I can also not find any entries in the log files of the firewall. I cannot find any log entries concerning this on our side, not on firewall not on internal server.
The email headers for all the mails from @example.com look identical.
What could be the cause for this?
