cannot access Sophos XGS Admin Web Portal

Question

Hello, i logged into Sophos and the admin web portal stick in white ( Blank wihte page ) i can only see the logo of sophos of the web Tab. 
 (the user portal is accessible) . 
 i deleted the web browser cache, cookies and history, i even used another web browser but i still cannot access the Admin web portal. 
 Can anyone of you please support me to solve this problem ? Hvae anyone of you faced this problem before?

Hi Wassim, 
 Can you access the firewall's terminal? I've seen a similar issue: Web gui not accessible - Firewall ist starting - Sophos XG - Tomcat Server DEAD can't be restarted - Discussions - Sophos Firewall - Sophos Community 
 Let us know the status of the tomcat and apache services

input the command: service -S | grep -iE 'tomcat|apache'

Thank you, The problem with the Web Admin interface is solved. I restarted the web servers through Sophos firewall using SSH (Putty.) 
 service tomcat:start -ds nosync 
 service apache:start -ds nosync
