Where can you download/access the individual log files via the GUI?

In the documentation I have seen these instructions, but the option isn't there;

To download individual log files, do as follows:

Go to Diagnostics > Tools.
Scroll down to Troubleshooting logs.
Select the files and click Download.

I'm using an XGS 3100 SFOS 20.0.0 GA-Build222
