Created Vlan/dhcp but no internet

Question

I have created a new vlan and dhcp on the XGS, configured the vlan on unifi wifi/switches, I am getting ip however I cannot get internet access. 
 I don't want the vlan to access other vlans however I want computers inside the vlan to communicate with each other. 
 
 What am I missing?

NAT:

Ipaddress of laptop 192.168.70.10 
 gateway 192.168.70.254 
 dhcp server 192.168.70.254 
 dns: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

Issue was that I created a vlan on the same range that the bridged lan was using, t hanks all for your replies.

Hi, 
 please try disabling your block rule? 
 If you want to block the VLAN use a drop rule based on the IP address of the VLAN interface and change the allowed to an address range of the DHCP server.
