Important Note on EOL Sophos RED Support:

The legacy EOL RED 15, RED 15w, and RED 50 are not supported in v20 MR1. Customers using these devices should upgrade to SD-RED or a smaller XGS appliance before upgrading to MR1 to maintain connectivity. See the following article for details: Sophos RED: End-of-life of RED 15/15(w) and RED 50

  • I'm so happy with MR2. It fixed a really annoying bug that popped up in V20 on my XG210. Since moving to v20, I wasn't able to reboot from the GUI. It would bring the machine offline, but wouldn't actually perform the hardware reboot. I had to manually flip the little switch in the back of the unit off, and then back on again to get my system to boot. MR2 has fixed that issue for me. Thank you so much!!
