SMTP/S logging and reporting issues

Hi folks,

I have an old thread with questions about IMAP/s and SMTP/s where the IMAP/s issue is being investigated and the SMTP issues appears to be ignored.

A fresh thread devoted to SMTP/s issues.

Questions.

1/. why are SMTP/s messages not displayed in the daily reports.

2/. why are some SMTPs messages logged, only from outlook and not all messages.

3/. why are SMTPs messages sent from MAC mail accounts ignored.

4/. why is  unclassified

There are two firewall rules for mail scanning, one IP4 and the other IPv6 those rules are the only way that mail traffic can exit the network.
