Keep Site-to-site Tunnel Connected?

Hey All,

I've created an IPsec tunnel between my Sophos XGS unit and a Meraki with the Sophos unit initiating the connection.

Traffic is passing just fine, but the location where the Sophos unit is located has somewhat spotty internet. It appears as though when the goes down, there are only a limited amount of retries to reconnect the tunnel and then it stops. Is there any way to keep the tunnel alive all the time and to attempt to reconnect without stopping?

Zane Donaldson , IPsec Profile that is used for the tunnel can be set to 0 in 'Key negotiation tries', this will make unlimited tunnel connect attempts.

Yes, I already have that value set to 0. Could this be effected by the fact that one side of the tunnel is not a Sophos device? The other end is a Meraki unit, although the Sophos is configured to initiate the connection.
