Firewall policy unable to deploy to some customers: Host \{hostname}\ could not be updated

Hi guys,

We have been deploying a firewall policy for a few months now and have noticed that there are a few customer firewalls that are unable to deploy the configuration. They all appear to be getting a similar error to the one pictured below. Can I get any advice on how to troubleshoot this? There aren't a lot of articles referencing this and I'm not sure where to start looking. Are there any support articles that detail the opcodeID, Entity ID, Entity Name or 'Response status' messages that we get in these transaction logs?

Any guidance greatly appreciated.

  • So the object: Reef IT [...] is causing this problem.

Check this object in CM and maybe try to create it like this in SFOS itself. Can you send us a screenshot of this object?
