Sophos XG Firewall Can't connect to the registration service

Question

I encountered this error while doing POC for the user. The network connection and service are functioning normally. After clicking to continue, this error is also present。

Hi Derry Wang1 , Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can refer - Troubleshoot error: Can't connect to the registration service . 
 Resolution 
 
 Make sure Sophos Firewall is correctly claimed on Sophos Central. 
 Run fsck-on-nextboot on the device console. 
 
 If neither resolves the issue, proceed with the steps below: 
 
 On the Sophos Firewall CLI, go to 5. Device Management . 
 Select 3. Advanced Shell . 
 Run the command: cd /content/licensing 
 Run the command: ls 
 You will see the files lic_ csr.key and lic_csr.pem . 
 Remove both files by running the command: rm &ndash; rf 
 Once removed, try to register the Sophos Firewall again. 
 If you are still facing the issue, then please raise a technical support case .
