Important Note on EOL Sophos RED Support:

The legacy EOL RED 15, RED 15w, and RED 50 are not supported in v20 MR1. Customers using these devices should upgrade to SD-RED or a smaller XGS appliance before upgrading to MR1 to maintain connectivity. See the following article for details: Sophos RED: End-of-life of RED 15/15(w) and RED 50

  • Hi Nikhil,

sorry, I have to come back to this issue.

When useres are trying to log in with the old VPN Client, dead sessions are left at the firewall.

Of course we update the client, but reconnedt is only possible after redownload the .ovpn

Is this fixed with SFOS 20.0.2?
Than I would try an update.

In the example you see, that the eldest sessin is dated to 20-07-15 (last reboot of the firewall)

    BR Gerd
