How to check the kind and version of the hard disk of an XG appliance?

Hi Sophos Team, 
 
 I need to know how to check the kind and version of the hard disk of an XG appliance? Cause a firewall hard disk was injured, so I need to replaceit 
 
 Please let me know how to do ti.

Hi PAUL MORALES , Thank you for reaching out to the community, would suggest to log a service request (Support team will help validate and process the appliance for the RMA if there is a valid license and the warranty), as opening the appliance to replace a hard disk will void the appliance's warranty.
