Awed service not running - Show failure-reason - Failed to start awed Service

Question

I am having some issues getting on the IP or from Sophos Central on the Sophos XG106 - running 19.5.2 MR-2 - build624. 
 
 Putty shows these: 
 Awed service not running - Show failure-reason - Failed to start awed Service 
 Service -S shows this: 
 Service: 
 awed UNTOUCHED 
 
 and If we try to start to restart the service - it says Service binary does not exist. 
 XG106_XN01_SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624# service awed:stop -dsnosync 200 Already Stopped XG106_XN01_SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624# service awed:restart -dsnosync 500 Service binary does not exist, can not start the service. XG106_XN01_SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624# 
 
 I've created a site-to-site vpn (or tried) and after applying the setup I've lost connection to the firewall - but have access through Putty.

Hi Thue Molgaard , Thank you for reaching out to the community, did you tried rebooting the appliance ? If not you can just restart and let us know your observation ? Also double check if the wireless settings in general are on or off ? And 19.5 MR-2 is declared EoL - 15-FEB-2024 | REF - Retirement calendar for Sophos .
