Hello,
we try to work with the PPTP Client vom Windows 10/11 and it doenst works with AD Users.
If i try a local user from the Firewall works everything fine, but on AD Users i receive an error that the credentials are wrong. I have tried with DOMAIN\User, user@domain or just user nothing works.

Check for VPN (IPsec/dial-in/L2TP/PPTP) authentication methods.
You may refer Sophos Firewall: Configure as a PPTP VPN server
Check logs :
#console> show vpn PPTP-logs
As far as I know there are known limitation with AD authentication
If you want to connect your remote user/s try SSL VPN instead of PPTP.
