Change Subnet to /22

Im using Sophos XG230 and Ive change the subnet to /22 (192.168.0.1 - 192.168.3.254 from /24 (192.168.0.1-254). now I test to reserve IP 192.168.2.1 and put that IP to laptop, the problem is I cannot ping the Firewall(192.168.0.1) so the laptop cant access the internet also but if I ping my workstation(192.168.0.45) and other devices I can ping it. Did I missed something?

I do the trace route but the result is RTO.

This should not make a difference, but have you restarted the XG since you made the mask changes? Ian

What gateway address does the laptop show?

In "host and services" what does the IP address show for the interface and did you update the address range for the network name of the LAN?

The network details of the laptop are IP:192.168.2.1 Subnet:255.255.252.0 Gateway:192.168.0.1 DHCP Mode

#Port1

System host

192.168.0.1/255.255.255.255

IP address show in "Host and Services"

Regarding question number 3, I don't know if this is what you mean Network/Interfaces/Port1 Lan, if yes I already adjusted the subnet config of this, but there is no address range in this configuration, just IPv4/netmask.

Thank you for the update. My interfaces all have a name which defines the network, see the screenshot below. I use the name in the firewall rules.
