Sophos OTP token need to sync after reboot

Hi Everyone, I have a query here, is it we need to sync the otp token when the Sophos XG is done reboot?

    Hello Lee,

    You will need to check that OTP token is synchronized after reboot. You can click the Synchronize token time offset button in the One-Time Password  section of the Authentication  setting. Then, enter the generated passcode and click Check.
