Strange Firewall logging

Hi everyone, one of our customers is experiencing a strange problem, the logs are saying that traffic is denied but well its working, so i guess its a problem with the loggin daemon? 

Here it says that the traffic is denied and the reasons are always either "could not associate packet to any connection" or "invalid packet", but when i use the policy tester it also says that my firewall rule is matching and that it's allowed however the logs are saying that basically nothing is working, yet everything is and it seems to be filtering everything, so its just a "cosmetic issue" but having good logs would be appreciated Slight smile

I have also already restarted the appliance.

Does anyone have an idea?

  • I have tried deactivating it yet traffic for could not associate to any connections is still present, there is not a single permitted log entry, even for connections which have just been opened seconds ago (like my test to google.de, says it was denied but i obvisouly was able to use google.de), pretty sure there's a different cause for that.
