Sophos Firewall not sending IPS/ATP logs to Central

SFVH (SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624) home license.

I have everything checked to be sent to Sophos Central reporting in the firewall. "Send reports and logs to Sophos Central" is checked in the Sophos Central services page.

In Sytem services-->log settings I have everything checked under the Central reporting column,

However, some log data is not being sent such as IPS and ATP logs I have specifically IPS log entries from yesterday, and ATP entries from a few days ago that are not showing up in Sophos Central despite using the "7 day"  time frame.

Is this a limitation of the home license, or a bug?

Edit, I have noticed that when I go to the Report Hub, and select my firewall, I am able to view ATP/IPS logs but only for the previous 24 hours, which then takes me to the Report Generator section, and only then will it show up. 

If I go directly to the Report Generator, noting will appear. I must go Report hub, where only the past 24 hours appears.
