Is there a way to export an entire report?

Hi Hey Help Desk Guy  Try Export customization this will Allows selection of reports and number of records per report while exporting reports.

Thanks for the response. I enabled it but I still don't see any options to export the entire report.  I'm under Reports > Custom - and choosing Detail (as Report type) and choosing by user. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. 

In your example at the top righthand side there is a format to download the report in. HTML exports the report quite quickly, I am still waiting for the  PDF version to complete generation.

The greyed out 'download' is a label only, the blue highlighted items are the formats that will automatically download

Right, when I click on PDF or HTMl, etc it just exports a fraction of the whole report and not the whole thing.

experimenting I found

1/. HTML needs to be exported one page at a time

2/. PDF, still waiting of it to generate, but suspect one page at a time

3/. CSV appears to export the entire list in my case over 1600 records.

Hi rfcat_vk . yeah I see that now (please see below). Thank you. 
A friend of mine who uses Sophos firewalls as well suggested trying to export from the Log Viewer as well. 

I don't know why Sophos makes this so hard. 

I would recommend using Sophos Central Management and Reporting and stop reporting on the box.

I'm going to give that a try since the firewall reports aren't giving me the whole picture I need.
