how to sync AD servers on XGS

hi all,

under "configure > authentication > servers" ive added my domain controller to it but how do you manually "re-sync" it as ive just added another security group on my DC, ive added the group under group in sophos, called it the same name but the "show members" isnt listing the members on the DC yet

is there a way to manually sync

thanks, if i just sync my new group i just added now, it will still have my existing groups still there wont it?

thanks, ive done it, i deleted the one i made and imported it the right way, but it hasnt got the members ive added to the group, i should see one as ive added myself to the group

Hi Sophos User 1175

Once user get start login with Captive portal or user portal or via STAS any authentication users will start populating on same new group or under users on Sophos XG firewall
