Lan port off

Question

Hey everyone, 
 i have cyberoam cr25ing device. I installed sw 17.5 version on the device. installation was successful 
 I can make configurations on the interface. 
 But my lan port is not active, the led light is off. 
 Can you help me?

i finally found it. The device's port order and image order are reversed.

Nah it has nothing to do with the version.
