Allowing access to remote site from remote site via RED

Hi,

I have this scenario.

Site A and C are connected to site B via RED tunnels. I am using static routes for the subnets required and this works fine.

I'd like to allow Site C to access some resources in Site A. Is it possible to do this? I have tried added static routes to A and C for the remote subnets, but this does not work.
