We use a Xg210 on v17.5
How do I allow splashtop to work when https decrypt and scan is on? We have had to turn that on to be able to block .exe downloads for cyber insurance.
But we have to splashtop on to customers machines and whatever I tried to add to the web exceptions, nothing works, the final connection to the users machines always fails. If I turn https d&s off then it works fine.
Firewall logs show the traffic being denied but with firewall rule 0 which doesn't help.
Below is the exception i have currently. Am I missing something ? I dont like the idea of excepting all IPaddresses but if it helps it to work then I can at least do a rule which narrows down it to certain engineers.
