HOW TO ALLOW ANYDESK IN XG FIREWALL WEB POLICY

Good Day!

Need some help, web policy keeps on blocking anydesk even though i already add in the exception list the "anydesk" but still the web policy is blocking the connection of anydesk. is there any other way that web policy will not block the anydesk.

thank you and God Bless!

    Hey Sherwin,

Can you check if the application filter is applied in the Firewall rule? Application filter has precedence over web filter

You can also go to LogViewer, Change the module to Web Filter, Search with the Local IP of your test machine and see if there's any URL blocked or not. Change the WebFilter to Application Filter in the LogViewer and check again for any blocked signatures
