Hello,
Our office has a XG330 - SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586. For the past few weeks, both on our WiFi and wired connections we are seeing high percentages of Packet loss (frequently over 50%) on receiving video/audio/screen shares. When I look at the Zoom statistics, the packet loss on sending video is never higher than 1%. I ran a number of speed tests on both wired and wireless connections and each has been between 150-300 Mbps, and the only issue we have been seeing is with Zoom. All other HD streaming video has been fine. I have made sure all of our staff have updated Zoom to the most recent version and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues?
I did some searching and found that others pointed to UDP Flood Protection as a possible culprit. I checked our IPS logs for dropped packets, but there are only four results for the past two months. My next thought is maybe there are ports that need to be opened for Zoom?
Full disclosure, I am new to managing a Firewall and my predecessor who set this up was gone before I was brought in, so apologies if I left out any crucial information. I appreciate any help or suggestions.
