Erros de Sophos XG SSL / TLS

Boa tarde;

estou com o seguinte problema: 

 Sophos permite a conexão porém ele perde a conexão em seguida impedindo que o site abra para os usuários internos mesmo quando não há nenhuma política aplicada ao computador interno

Identifiquei erro de SSL/TLS:

Dropped due to TLS engine error: FLOW_TIMEOUT[5]

    Hi ,

    Thanks for the update. The application you're trying to access might not accept the replacement certificate that the firewall uses to decrypt and re-encrypt the content. 

    Would it be possible for you to turn off the SSL/TLS inspection temporarily and if it works, add the website/application to exclusion to SSL/TLS inspection rules.
