Configuration of procured static IP pool for the organization on multiple ISPs

We have XG310 configured in active-active HA. We are in plan to procure a pool of static IP addresses for our organization. We have three ISPs Internet terminated on the firewall. Can we use our public IP addresses on the Internet of all the ISPs using Sophos? If yes please send us the documentation link.

We want to do this for redundancy/load balance to our Email Server and Web-based applications. Please suggest if anyone has the solution.

  • So do you mean to say that you want to configure the public IP pool that does not belong to you or your ISPs?

If yes, why ? what is the exact reason ?

Hi Sachin, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

If this is a separately purchased IP block which doesn't belong to any ISP, then I guess you can establish a BGP peering with your ISPs and advertise these prefixes (IPs) to them. Sophos XG can do BGP peering. Guide available here.

I suggest you to have a word with any of these ISPs regarding how they can provide their services and then we can configure it accordingly on the firewall.

  • You could also create aliases using sub-blocks of IO on each interface.
