Sophos connect client - constant issues.

I'm fed up with this software. 

All I see on this site are workarounds and despite the update to version 2.1.20, it still fails to work as it should.

I've tried the GPO method to install this software and the configuration file. Doesn't work.

I also deployed the MSI via sccm, and copying of the config file to the import folder. Doesn't work

When I say it doesn't work. I can see the two services will stop when the program is started after it has installed - it's either that, or the imported file doesn't import unless you do it manually.

The various solutions offered to get this software working are unacceptable workarounds in a production environment, and I am appalled at the quality of development and the solutions offered here. Topics get closed when a workaround is offered, but there seems to be no attention payed to offering a working solution. For such a major player in computing security, I expected more.
