message="Could not associate packet to any connection."

Hello everybody i have some problem about sophos firewall. i have some rule to make forwarding our server

but when i access aplication on server to generate our pdf file download is always failed connection but when i made this server out side sophos is normaly.

the message when i see on log viewer sophos like this message="Could not associate packet to any connection."

any solution for this ?? please help ?

You can ignore those errors because they are associated with completed connections that one end shuts down faster than the other.

You can refine your logviewer searcg=h using the firewall rule that does not appear to be working.

Please post a copy of the firewall rule that is failing.

and i try to increase Tcp Connection Establishment Idle Timeout

There is no need to change that setting, it will not keep a connection that has ended active.

No, I meant the logviewer entry for the failing firewall rule eg refine logviewer search criteria to firewall number.

What is the number of the firewall rule, the righthand number from the firewall rule listing?

As I said earlier look at logviewer with refined search for your firewall number and see what messages are there?
