Sophos XG 17.5.15, various menu items no longer available (spinner / circle running).

Hi there,
One of our two firewalls is currently causing the following problems. XG230, firmware 17.5.15.

When the first incident occurred, the system was no longer accessible; only power off / on helped.
Currently, various menu items can no longer be called up, the circle is permanently displayed.
CPU load at 3 - 8% otherwise no abnormalities either. Does this indicate a hardware problem?

    Could you please check the space and core dumps by running the following command from the advanced shell?

    df -kh 

    ls -al /var/cores
