Sophos XG : Install Sophos Connect : Error "Internet Explorer version earlier than 11 detected..." on Windows 10 1909

Hello,

i'm trying to install Sophos Connect but i'm still have this strange error : 

The version of IE on my computer : 

What's wrong? I don't understand... Sophos, are you aware about the end of life of IE??

    Please try this step and see if it helps to install the connect client again.

    • For non-Admin user: -

    1st :- Copy the Sophos connect path :- on the app>Shift+Right Click > Copy as path

    2nd:- Run the batch file with an msiexec /i

    C:\Users\shivam.pandey>msiexec /i "C:\Users\shivam.pandey\Downloads\sophosconnect_installer\SophosConnect_2.1.20_(IPsec_and_SSLVPN).msi"

    • For admin user: - run as cmd admin and simply run the path
    • C:\Users\shivam.pandey> "C:\Users\shivam.pandey\Downloads\sophosconnect_installer\SophosConnect_2.1.20_(IPsec_and_SSLVPN).msi"

    Please try this and let us know if it worked.
