How to refresh the SSL CA

HI, Expert, 
 
 I have no idea the issue is due to Windows new update or Sophos update. Oulook alwasy gives alert of certificate as below attached. 
 Please give advice how to windows to get the SSL verified? I see the SSL Issued by Sophos. We did not issue any certificate on XG125.

Hi wei liu , 
 You are getting the certificate warning most likely because you have email protection configured but did not upload the server certificate on the XG.

 Do you have a firewall rule with email scanning. 
 Or if its V18 do you have a rule which has DPI scanning?
