internet going down every 5 minutes when active authentication ?

Hi all

I have big issues in my Sophos Xg 125 the internet going down every 5 minutes when active authentication between AD and my firewall on Sophos Xg

and back to working fine when disabling it.

    Thank you for the replay 


    My firmware version on the firewall is SFOS 17.5.3 MR-3

    and when enable authentication the internet down only on the user laptop but on sfos everything is good and working fine ( Ping, VPN, .....  )

    First of all, i would highly recommend to update to a newer version. 

    Second, do you mean, you enabled STAS for authentication? 

    Try to disable the Quarantine:
