POP and IMAP Secure does not working

Hi folks,

I have a XG device V18 with POP3, POP3S, IMAP and IMAPS scanning enabled according this KB

We tried connect to office365, gmail without success, even MTA mode and Legacy Mode.

The email client only got success when the POlicy Rule is disabled.

 

Does someone has any info about this kind problem ?

    Did you import the XG Certificate Authority to those machines?

     

    Both POP3S and IMAPS use TLS for the email encryption.

    For XG to decrypt and scan it, It's necessary to those machine to trust XG CA, since XG will proxy and decrypt them.

    Yes, I did, but even with certificate imported, the scanning does not work.

     

    Any other idea?!
