QR scan from the XG user portal to populate OTP in the Sophos Authenticator app on a mobile device results in the username populating in the ACCOUNT field and "Sophos SFOS" populating in the ISSUER field. This is fine for a user that only authenticates on one single XG. For users with vpn connections on multiple XG's the Authenticator app entries seem initially indistinguishable and must be manually renamed by the user in their mobile app to separate and associate them with the already customized naming of the Sophos Connect VPN client entries from the scx files imported on the pc. Is there a way to customize these fields from the XG to automatically generate entries that can be distinguished in the Authenticator app?
