VPN IPSec between two SOPHOS XG135

Hi ,

First sorry for my english , I have a problem with two sophos XG interconnected via VPN ipsec , I Can't access from the lan 1 TO the lan2 but  the opposite is true

 

In my configuration i use this KB https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123140 ,

And when i ping the autre site i get this ping x.x.x.x


Envoi d’une requête 'Ping'  x.x.x.x avec 32 octets de données :
Réponse de x.x.x.x: Impossible de joindre l’hôte de destination.
Réponse de x.x.x.x : Impossible de joindre l’hôte de destination.
Réponse de x.x.x.x : Impossible de joindre l’hôte de destination.

Statistiques Ping pour x.x.x.x:
    Paquets : envoyés = 4, reçus = 4, perdus = 0 (perte 0%)

no perte but i can't access to the auther site , i d'ont knew where is the problèm.

 

any help please

    Islam,

    is the IPSec tunnel up?

    You need to create both VPN to LAN rules and LAN to VPN rules on both XG.

    Are you able to ping XG lan ip from the VPN site?

    thanks for replay ,

     

    Yes the IPsec tunnel is up and green , i create the rules in the two sophos XG 

    In the local lan i can't ping or access to the remote VPN in the auther side , but from the VPN i can ping the local Lan

     

    and the ping is able from my lan to vpn ?? 

     

    i don't knew where is a problem and i can't trapshooting it !!!!!!!!!
