Sophos XG does not display Captive Portal for non-domain computers

Could you please check firewall rule and see if you have Show captive portal to unknown user selected? If it is not, please select it and try again.

Yes, this option is checked.

I created a rule before, releasing the DNS port, so it worked.

But I found it strange that on the login screen the displayed IP of the captive portal is 10.255.0.1:8091, but I did not define this IP anywhere, where did it come from?
And why the only fields that appear are username and password and does not show the Sophos logo? It's a very simple login screen.

Go to Administration > Admin settings and change the default ip to dns name or whatever you want.

Make sure computer can resolve the dns name you choose.

Also go under Authentication > Web Authentication and configure the captive portal options.

Try to browser internet with a computer to see if you get the captive portal.

I made this configuration according to your orientation, see the attached image. But the customer keeps claiming that the Captive Portal screen is still with IP 10.255.0.1:8091

Clear the cache on the browser.

On mobile, I am not sure you get the Sophos logo like on computers.
