UNIFY Openscape hinter Sophos XG135 mit Telekom Sip-Trunk

Hallo Christian, 

wir haben zwar eine SG aber auch eine UNIFY OpenScape, aber ich habe hier Probleme derart, dass sich die Gesprächsteilnehmer nicht hören. Ich wechsel gerade von einer SonicWall auf die Sophos. Daher kann ich das Problem eindeutig auf die Sophos beziehen. 

Ich habe für die IP der Anlage alle Ports geöffnet, TCP und UDP. Ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende... 

Hast du einen Tipp für mich? Das wäre klasse.

Es würde mich interessieren ob der erste KB Eintrag bei euch unter 18.0 klappt. Bei mir wird dadurch die Sophos abgeschossen und der Parameter bleibt gesetzt.

Unter 17.5 klappte es ohne Probleme.

Wir mussten das Modul entladen( Telekom SIP Trunk Pure) damit es mit der 17.5 lauft. Danach lief es ohne Probleme.

Nach dem Upgrade auf die 18.0 ist das Modul wieder geladen und ich bekomme es nicht mehr entladen. :-)

Bei den von uns betreuten Sophos Systemen gab es mit 18.0 keine Probleme.

Die Timeouts stehen nach wie vor bei 150 und das SIP Modul ist nicht geladen (wurde durch Update auch nicht erneut aktiviert)

I have setup an openscape pabx with a sip trunk.

No idea what you are saying but from what i can recall i had to do two things.

Disable sip inspection, require you to use the console option and run a command line i would have to dig it up.

I also had traffic getting blocked by the firewall's intrusion prevention. Had to create a separate rule open scape (LAN) -> voip server (Internet) and specifically set i think "Intrusion Prevention" "Web Policy" and "Application control" to none ( i can t remember, but one of them was set to "Allow All" which is not the same as "None")
