  • I have been unable to update and very strangely my password keeps being reset. I just wanted to say thank you for the free firewall for the past 3 years I guess the free firewall is absolutely gone now? It would be nice if they just came out and said so. The fact that the update does not show up and the password keeps getting reset is very strange. This was even my backup sophos account and it was reset as well.
