I AM AN ANDROID USER AND I AM USING SOPHOS ANTIVIRUS IN MY MOBILE DEVICE BUT THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION ICON ON THE TOP SHOWING SOPHOS PROTECTION. IT IS ONLY RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND. CAN U KEEP AN ICON ON THE TOP?
In the past we had a permanent icon, but this resulted in negative feedback from many users. so we stopped it. If you enable show notification after scan, you get an icon after each scan, regardsless if anything was detected
