Sophos Mobile Control - Nur der erste (haupt) Admin kann Geräte orten? Only the first (main) admin can locate devices? DE /EN

Hallo, 

wir haben Sophos Mobile Control im Einsatz. Wir haben mehrere Standorte und somit auch mehrere Administratoren. 

Nun ist es so, dass nur der Hauptadministrator - welcher bei der Installation angelegt wird - den Standort von Geräten anzeigen kann. Zwar können die anderen Administratoren den Gerätestandort anfordern aber nicht sehen. 

Die Berechtigung der anderen Administratoren ist ebenfalls Administrator. 

Kennt jemand hierfür eine Lösung?

we use Sophos Mobile Control. We have several locations and thereby several administrators.

Now it is the case that only the main administrator - created during the installation - can view the location of devices. Although the other administrator can request but not see the device location. 

The permission of the other administrators is also administrator. 

Does anyone know a solution for this?
