Installing Apps on IOS Device and Enrolling Sophos Mobile Control

Hello,

I am new to Sophos Control and I am having tough time applications on my IOS Device. Also, when I install Sophos Mobile Control on my I pad, it says it is not compliant, it asks me to re-enroll the device, even I when I try to re enroll it gives me the same message.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
