Does any one else have or had this happen on android phones with Sophos.
handsets are Samsung and android version is 5,6 and 7
SMC is version 7
Up until in enrol the phone, any calls that are made to the phone will display the caller id of the incoming call. land line or other mobile
i enroll my handset and then add, workspace, email and security, application packs.
after this all calls incoming are shown as unknown.
it must be a setting that Sophos is altering
I haven't switched on the spam protection in the mobile security app.
If I do that, the calls can be blocked, and quarantined, so that element works but numbers still show as unknown.
I have 60 handsets waiting to deploy, and a call in to support..
