How can I trigger the SMC synchronisation?

Hey!

Here a german screenshot from an iPhone:

I mean the second one "Letzte SMC-Synchronisierung", how can i do this synchronisation?

The first one is easy. "MDM-....:" can be triggerd in the SMC App on the device and on the backend of SMC with "update".

    Hi Andreas,

    triggering a sync of the SMC app is currently not possible due to the design of iOS.
    Only the user can trigger the sync of the app by pressing the "Synchronize now" button within the app itself.

    thank you.

    I have two test-devices here, one supervised, one non-supervised.

    On the non-supervised device, if i press "Synchronize now" in the app, nothing happend.
    The other one works.

    So the devices have to be supervised for this function?

    EDIT: it works with non supervised. it caused a network failure.
