NSURLErrorDomain-Fehler -1012

Hi Community,

a customer of us uses the DEP program from Apple, accordingly we have the account and everything else on the server deposited.
Last week Wednesday (07.12.16) 10 DEP devices were successfully connected. Since Friday (09.12.16) we getting an error message "NSURLErrorDomain error -1012" when we try to connect a new device to the server.
The only thing that was changed is the SSL certificate for the MobileControl, this had to be renewed because it was running out. It is still an official certificate.

  • We are also uisng a COMODO wildcard certificate, and you have the chainging set up ok by the looks of it.

Just did a DNS lookup on your domain, you have a IPv4 and a IPv6 entry for the domain, but the IPv6 looks like its incorrect.

If the devices try ot connect over IPv6 that may be your issue?

  • Hi there,

we fixed that IPV6 problem, but the problem still exists.

  • You might need to log a ticket with support, not sure how much more I can help :(

Only other things I can suggest is to get the logs off the device and a screen shot of the error.

Have you tried both via Wireless and a LTE/4G connection?

Or if you trust some stranger off the interent (me) give me a customer logon so I can test enrolling.

    Regards,
    Bohdan
