Tasks says it completed successfully, however, when we look at the state of the task, it says not supported and the exchange account is not present on the phone. Any Ideas?

What model/make is the Android device?
I have found Andriod to be very hit a miss, with the same make and model from different sellers/carriers showing different levels of support for mobile control.
We have tried Airwatch, MobileIron and SMC and so far only Samsung Devices with SAFE+ seems to work well enough to recommend.

Hi,
deploying ActiveSync profiles is only possible for LG, Samsung and Sony devices.
For those devices Sophos Mobile Control supports the necessary API to configure these settings.
Other device vendors like HTC are not supported at the moment and therefore, the server behaves as described.
