Hello all,
we have Samsung Galaxy A54.
A lot of Samsung apps are missing and can not be installed even if they are approved on the Entreprise Google Play. Apps concerned are : Gallery, Galaxy Store, Bixby... Some Google apps could be concerned too.
We have installed Sophos Mobile Version 9.7.10218, which is the newest in the Google Playstore.
Is there any solution for our problem?

If Full device, are you using a Android Enterprise device policy?
If so please check the box in "Restrictions/Applications":
Unchecked means, disabled.
