Sophos Mobile Apple APN renew certificate invalid certificate signing request apple.csr

Question

I have to renew the Apple APN in the future and tried to do this to day.

When I upload the downloaded apple.csr from Sophos Mobile I receive the error Invalid Certificate Signing Reguest:

Is this a known issue at the moment?

 This isn't a known issue with Sophos Mobile. However, upon checking, I've seen reports from some customers who encountered the same error in the past. This is most likely an issue in the Apple portal. 
 Please ensure that you've followed the steps in these articles to verify the correct APN for the renewal: 
 Renew APNs certificate 
 Identify the correct APNs certificate for renewal 
 If the above steps were followed and the upload is failing, try to re-download and re-upload the csr file. If it still fails, try using a different browser or a different device. If the upload still fails, I recommend reaching out to Apple Support to check why the website isn&rsquo;t accepting the CSR file.
