Prevent Users from connecting to network

Question

Is there any option to block new users form getting ip address on a local network with a sophos xg? Can users automatically being blocked and give them access manually?

 Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 It is possible to restrict the network settings on a mobile device by un-checking the "Enable Wi-Fi settings" under "Android > Policy > Restrictions > Network and Communication." 
 When doing so, I suggest also configuring the wifi settings via policy so the device does not need to default to cellular data when the corporate network is available.
